Just because of safety reasons. It was my very first DH ride and also fist ride with this oldie. I use to ride XC with clipless pedals by my fullsus and wont kill myself with flats. However I was fourth on the race so that LOL :-) 
Post all the Retro DH pics pal, all retro bikes, old Kleins, GT, pair of Tunturi's and ful-sus Spezialiced are missing!
